Structure of sercos international e. V.
sercos international e. V. (SI) is listed in the register of associations in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. Members include manufacturers and users of controls, drives, and other automation components, as well as machine manufacturers, research institutes, and associations.
SI institutions include:
- The general meeting

- The working groups
Membership fees are pro-rated, i.e. calculated according to the date of membership, in the first year of membership.

Management
The SERCOS International-Management carries out the transactions of the organization as stipulated in the statutes, the resolutions passed and according to the instructions of the Board.
The office was transferred from Bonn to the Stuttgart area in 2001 and is handled by:
